French Knitting
I've started French knitting because I spend so much time at my computer and so many things take so long to stream, download, update, install, copy, file and all those other things like purchase ITunes music read and respond to emails and the list goes on and on that I have my little knitter beside me and I can keep busy while I wait for technology to catch up to me. I am such an impatient person.

Today I've been listening to Sarah McLachlan, and I just can't get enough of her sensational voice and music. Some of her lyrics can be sad but breathtakingly beautiful at the same time.
I particularly like this video because it displays the lyrics which paints a beautiful picture of the story behind the song.

BTW, I can't do any of my crafty stuff without music in the background, it's my inspiration. My current gorgeous selection is getting a bit tired. I stumbled across Sarah's music by chance, I was not looking for new music inspiration but "since she found me" I purchased a couple of her albums. I can hardly wait to see what interesting crafts I will produce over the coming weeks.
Currently at this present moment, I'm listening to her album "Laws of Illusion".

Spring has sprung in Winter in Australia
I was out walking, as usual, with camera in pocket and two dogs; not in my pocket but on their leads. I came across my first Wattle Tree in bloom along my walking route.
The sun was shining and it was a perfect Winters' day, crisp, clear and beautiful. My great fortune to be out on this fantastic day was not lost on me.

I think the moment might have been lost on the dogs, their noses were always to the ground. Each to their own!
